Terms of Service for Fenarae

Welcome to Fenarae (fenarise.com). These Terms of Service govern your use of our virtual chief fiscal officer services and outsourced fiscal management solutions. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using our site or services.

1. Services

Our chief fiscal officer services and outsourced fiscal management solutions include planning, analysis, reporting, and oversight to assist with your organization’s accounting functions. We strive to deliver customized support in line with your objectives.

2. Access and Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when engaging with our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, and materials provided by Fenarae remain the exclusive property of Fenarae. You may not copy, modify, or distribute such materials without our prior written consent.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

Fees for our services are set forth in individual agreements. Payment is due as specified therein. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Cancellation and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if fees are not paid or if there is a breach of these terms. You may cancel services by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Requests for a refund of service fees must be submitted within 14 days of the initial engagement. Approved reimbursements will be processed via the original payment method within 30 days of approval. Unused portions of prepaid services may be credited toward future engagements, upon mutual agreement.

6.2 Informational Products

Digital guides, templates, and other non-tangible products qualify for a full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided no materials have been accessed or downloaded. Once access is granted, no reimbursements are available.

6.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. The items must be in original condition. Shipping costs for sending back goods are the responsibility of the purchaser unless caused by our error. Reimbursements will be issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the goods.

7. No-Reimbursement Services

Certain services that require immediate allocation of resources or tailored analysis may be designated in writing as non-reimbursable. In such cases, this will be clearly stated in your agreement, and no reimbursement will be provided. This policy is in place to ensure commitment of staff and allocation of specialized tools.

8. Modification of Terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on fenarise.com. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
